That’s a testimonial that networking works. Consider the cost of getting a qualified lead. The following numbers are generally accepted as being accurate:
Response to marketing:
- Mailer: 1-2%.
- Cold calling: 1 in 100 contacts.
- Referrals. 7 to 8 out of 10.
Membership of a network group will cost you about $500 per YEAR (which includes lunch each week) and about 1 1/2 hours of your time per week.
